It’s time to take care of yourself! We’ll start laying down for a quick check-in – notice where you’re feeling soreness or tension. What part of your body is calling to you? Play with ankle circles and wiggling the toes; a lot of tension throughout the body can be felt in the feet. From here we’ll get into a juicy cat stretch twist, where you can experiment with motion and stillness, whichever feels best in your body at this moment. Then we’ll release some lactic acid buildup with a little gentle tapping (my favorite!) and go into a foot and neck self-massage. We’ll continue these easful deep stretches throughout the rest of class, interspersed with more self-massage and ending with Shavasana – stay here as long as you can.
