HOMEMADE GRANOLA BARS
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups quick oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
toppings/mix ins of your choice (we like goji berries, vegan chocolate chips, & cashews)
*mix everything together and press out into a pan lined with parchment paper. refrigerate for 1 hr to set and then slice into bars.
