My veggie broth:
save ALL my veggie scraps! I put them in the freezer in a large ziplock back when it’s full, I dump them into a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil on my stove top! Once its boiling, I reduce to low and cook for 1-4 hours, just depending on how deep of flavor you’d like! I add seasonings and let cool. I store it in recycled jars in my fridge for up to 1 week otherwise I’ll store it in my freezer for up to 6 months

Wild rice mushroom soup:
12 can mushrooms
1 can coconut milk or any milk youd like
1 1/2 cup wild rice
1 onion
2-3 chopped carrots
1 can white beans
4 cup veggie broth
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp cayenne

*add rice, onions, carrots and broth to pressure cooker
time for IP: 30 minutes on soup
time for PC: 12 minute on rice

Add coconut milk + flour to stove top, whisk well until thickens than add to soup with beans and mushrooms when its finished

Red lentil stew:
;1 1/2 cup red lentils
1 onion
2-3 carrots chopped
4 c spinach
16 oz can tomatoes
2 tsp tumeric
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
PC cook time: 18 minutes
IP cook time: 12 minutes
