Hit the floor with host, choreographer, and content creator Amanda LaCount, who will be leading this 30-minute beginner-friendly dance workout joined by Paris Nicole and Poofy Moffitino. You’ll start off with a quick warmup and then jump into some fun dance combos. Don’t worry if this is your first time: LaCount will take it step by step and make sure to drill the moves again and again until you feel confident and fierce as you hit each eight count. Ready?
