This week, we are doing a FULL BODY workout, that focuses on burning fat and toning your entire body. We are doing exercises to target your arms, legs, bum and abs – all in 23 minutes.
I am doing the entire workout with you and I have broken the workout into an easy section for you so you can follow along easily. Each section includes a way to target the whole body, as we want to tone and sculpt as much as we can during these 23 minutes.
Section 1: FULL BODY
– Bridge Open and Pulses
– Single Arm Roll up into crabs
Section 2: ABS
– Side Crunches
– U Boat Pulses
Section 3: ARMS AND BUTT
– Push up x20
– Single superman x10 per side then single leg x10
Section 4: LEGS, ARMS AND ABS
– Lunge, Twist and Punch
– Frog Crunches
– Toe Touches
