Preheat oven to 425F
Pound chicken (key tip for even cooking + tender chicken)
Drizzle and rub chicken with olive oil and then sprinkle with seasoning, flip & repeat
Bake 18 min or until surface is golden
Izzy’s (famous) Peanut Sauce Recipe:
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 cloves fresh minced garlic
2-3 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
1 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
