Pain is your friend understand it be within the limits because it is protective it tells you what you can do and what you can’t do, but you can do everything within your pain limits. There is nothing to say like certain asana as are not good for people with back pain because yoga was never started as an exercise; it was started as way of life. So it has to be done but within pain limits, when you have pain you can slow down do exercises which are within pain limits. When your pain is cleared and injury is healed you can go full-fledged.
