Those who have PCOD/PCOS, thyroid, diabetes and high cholesterol issues they can also add this weight loss diet plan in their diet plan, as it is high fiber recipe so best to control the blood sugar and control cholesterol levels.

Weight loss Thali
Masala dal
• Bengal gram split (Chanan dal)-30 gm
• Onion-20 gm (1/2 small size)
• Tomato-40 gm (1/2 medium size)
• Bottle gourd (lauki )-100 gm
• Turmeric-1/4 tsp
• Salt-as per taste
• Green chili-1
• Garlic-3
• Oil-1/2 tsp
Cooking method
• Take chana dal in a bowl and wash 2-3 times.
• In a pan add 1/2 tsp oil add cumin seeds, garlic and green chili and onion.
• Once onion fried add tomato and lauki, chana dal add turmeric, salt, and water.
• Mix well cover it and cook for 10-15 min.
• Once dal cooked properly garnish with coriander leaves.

Bhindi fry
• Ladyfinger (Bhindi)-100 gm
• Turmeric-1/4 tsp
• Red chilli powder-as per taste
• Salt-as per taste
• Oil-1/2 tsp
Cooking method
• Wash and chop lady fingers into small pieces.
• Take a pan add chopped lady finger and fry for 10 min.
• Then add turmeric and red chili powder, salt as per taste.
• Mix well.
• Healthy bindi fry is ready.

Masala chaas
• Curd-60g
• Coriander leaves-3 gm
• Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
• Green chili-1/2
• Ginger-2 g
Cooking method
• Wash and add all the vegetables and crush it.
• In bowl add curd and masala and salt add water.
• Mix well
• Healthy masala chaas is ready to serve.

• Oats atta-30g
Cooking method
• Take a bowl add oats atta and hot water.
• Mix well. And roll it.
• Cook it on both sides.
• Make 2 roti from it.
